Clear Braces
At Glenmore Park Dental Services, we may suggest clear braces to help you feel more confident about your smile. We use Smilefast, as they combine established orthodontic methods with modern technology.
Smilefast orthodontic braces have a clear or tooth-coloured wires and brackets, so they are less noticeable than traditional metal brackets and wires.
Many people find them more discreet than traditional metal braces.
Some people experience minor discomfort after the brackets have been fitted. However, any discomfort is usually short-lived and tends to ease within a few days.
Treatment Time With Clear Braces
With this style of braces, treatment often takes around 6–12 months, depending on your individual needs (traditional methods can take 18 to 24 months). This may mean a shorter treatment time for you or your children compared with conventional braces.
