Why custom-fitted

Protection That Fits You

A custom mouthguard is made to fit the exact shape of your mouth. That means better comfort, an easier fit, and more reliable protection than a boil-and-bite option.

Sports Protection

Helps protect teeth and gums during contact and ball sports where knocks can happen.

Night Guards

For teeth grinding or clenching at night, a night guard can help protect your teeth.

Custom Fit

Made from an impression of your mouth for a snug, comfortable fit you will actually wear.

For All Ages

Options for juniors and adults, with new guards made as growing mouths change.

Comfortable to Wear

A good fit means easier breathing and speaking, so you are more likely to keep it in.

How it works

Made From Your Impression

We take an impression or scan of your mouth so your guard is shaped to fit you precisely, rather than a one-size-fits-all design.

Good to know

Mouthguard Questions

Why choose a custom mouthguard over a shop-bought one?
A custom guard is made from an impression of your mouth, so it fits more snugly and comfortably. A better fit usually means it is easier to wear and offers more reliable protection.
What is a night guard for?
A night guard is worn while you sleep to help protect your teeth if you grind or clench. If you wake with jaw soreness or notice tooth wear, it is worth chatting with us.
How long does a mouthguard last?
It depends on wear and, for children, on how their mouth is growing. We will check the fit at your regular visits and let you know when a new one may be helpful. Individual results may vary.
What are your opening hours?
We are open 9:00am to 6:30pm, Monday to Saturday, and closed on Sunday. You can book online or call us on (02) 4733 1197.
