Dental Payment Plans in Glenmore Park

Friendly dentist caring for a patient at Glenmore Park Dental Services

Needing dental treatment and having the money for it on the same day don’t always line up. At Glenmore Park Dental Services you can spread the cost of treatment with a dental payment plan through Humm, Afterpay or Zip, so you don’t have to put off care your dentist has recommended.

Which payment plans do you offer?

We offer three providers:

  • Humm — suited to larger treatment amounts spread over a longer period.
  • Afterpay — splits a payment into smaller instalments.
  • Zip — a flexible line of credit you repay over time.

Each provider sets its own limits, fees and eligibility checks. Please read the provider’s terms before you sign up, and ask our team if anything is unclear.

How it works

  1. Assessment and written quote. We examine your teeth, explain your options and give you a written quote with item numbers.
  2. Check your health fund. If you have extras cover, we can claim on the spot with HICAPS, so the plan only needs to cover the gap.
  3. Choose a provider. You apply with Humm, Afterpay or Zip — usually online in a few minutes.
  4. Start treatment. Once approved, treatment goes ahead and you repay the provider in instalments.

What treatments can a payment plan cover?

Payment plans are most often used for larger or multi-visit treatment, such as:

They can also be used for everyday treatment such as fillings if that helps your budget.

Things to check before you commit

  • Total cost, not just the instalment. Look at any account, late or establishment fees.
  • Repayment period. Make sure the repayments fit comfortably within your budget.
  • Your health fund rebate first. Using your extras cover first lowers the amount you need to finance.
  • Treatment timing. If treatment runs over several visits, ask how payments line up with each stage.

A payment plan is a credit product. If you are unsure whether it suits you, consider independent financial advice or the free information at moneysmart.gov.au.

Other ways to keep costs down

  • No-gap check-up and clean on most major health funds, for patients with the appropriate level of extras cover — see no-gap dental.
  • CDBS — eligible children aged 2–17 can receive bulk-billed treatment under the Child Dental Benefits Schedule.
  • Hospital vouchers are accepted.
  • Regular check-ups help catch small problems before they need bigger treatment.
